Accuracy in Image or Texture or Shape:
All our pottery and other products being handmade, display variations in shape, size, colour and finish, yet our endeavour is to have them easily grouped into sets and we make an extra effort to have continuity and consistency in all of those parameters. This is being stated by way of abundant caution. Do not be surprised if what you eventually hold in your hand appears different from the image you saw on our site. Neither we nor our web partners can accept returns on that basis.
Packing and Shipping:
Pottery doesn’t travel that well but we have over 40 years experience in packing and shipping, both within India and abroad. For internal shipping we use bio degradable materials only, such as straw and cardboard, though in small measure we use Sellotape and plastic straps for cartons. We absolutely will not use bubble wrap. For shipping abroad we can use shredded paper but it’s more often lighter to use styrofoam (thermocol) pieces to wedge around the pots. But these are sourced from other used packing materials. We will not pack and ship any of our terracotta or earthenware items as they are more fragile and the cost of packing and shipping is relatively higher in relation to the price and size when compared with the glazed stoneware. Our terracotta planters are therefore offered strictly on self collection from our premises, which in these times means post lock-downs.
